Who handles your information
Sumeria is an independent project facilitating introductions between U.S. seasonal employers and international Work & Travel agencies. For questions about personal data or requests to access or delete your inquiry, contact sumeria.partners@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact name, organization, email, location, optional work-related information and the contents of your message. We may also record the page and campaign source that led to your inquiry. We do not request passport details, visa records or payment information in our forms.
Why we use it
We use the information to review and respond to your request, communicate about potential business cooperation and keep a basic record of prior inquiries. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing campaigns.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed using Cloudflare services and saved in a Cloudflare D1 database. Inquiry summaries are delivered to the Sumeria team through Telegram. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to review and manage prospective business relationships, with a target review after 12 months. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights.
Security and spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form abuse, along with technical input checks. Communication over the public website uses HTTPS once deployed with a valid certificate.
Tracking
The initial site does not set advertising cookies and does not include third-party advertising trackers. If analytics, marketing pixels or other tracking technologies are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanisms must be updated.
